Delete your PartyPlanner4U account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it yourself, in the app or on the web. It takes about a minute.

Delete it yourself

1. Open PartyPlanner4U (the Android app, or partyplanner4u.raposoftware.com in a browser) and sign in.
2. Go to Account, then Privacy & data.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm. If you signed up with an email and password, enter your current password. If you signed in with Google, type DELETE.

You can export a copy of your data first, from the same Privacy & data screen.

What is deleted

• Your profile and your profile photo.
• The events you own, including their guest lists, tasks, budgets, menus, seating plans and invitations.
• Your support requests and saved game packs.
• Game rooms you host, and files you uploaded.

Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be kept

We may keep limited records where we need them to keep the service secure or to meet legal obligations. Game rooms you only joined as a guest are removed by our regular clean-up. Payment records for a Pro subscription are held by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies.

If you have a Pro subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions), or you may keep being charged.

Can't sign in?

Use Forgot password on the log in page to get back in, then follow the steps above. If that doesn't work, email support@partyplanner4u.raposoftware.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it for you.
