Do my guests need to download the app to RSVP?
No. Guests open your invitation link in any browser and reply in a couple of taps: no app, no account, no password. Party games work the same way; they join with a room code on their own phone.
Can I use an invitation I’ve already made?
Yes, on every plan. Upload it as a JPG, PNG or WebP image and send it with one RSVP link for everyone or a personal link for each guest. Guests see your invitation and reply in their browser, just like with our designs.
Is PartyPlanner4U free?
Yes. Plan up to 2 events with up to 40 guests each for free, with no card needed. If you need more, Pro unlocks unlimited events and guests, every invitation design, every party game, seating plans, co-hosts and printable place cards.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. PartyPlanner4U runs in your web browser, so it works on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers with nothing to install. Your plans stay in sync on every device you sign in on.
Is my guest list private?
Yes. Your events are visible only to you and the co-hosts you invite, and guests only see the invitation you send them. We never sell your personal information, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
